دادگاه عالی ایالات متحده الزام دولت بایدن برای کووید-19 را برای شرکت هایی با 100 کارمند یا بیشتر، که به عنوان یک قانون توسط اداره ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی (OSHA) معرفی شده است، به حالت تعلیق درآورده است.
